This project is a lyric book for the song L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole. I enjoy making personal letters for people I care about which is what gave me the idea for how to illustrate this book. I illustrated each letter or word to be special so that the entire book feels special as well. I paired the illustrations with well known paintings that either have to do with the idea of love or what each song line is about and kept the type more simple to contrast the rich illustrations.
